This year EUTIC were the only UK team to take part in the Rotman International Trading Competition in Toronto. We performed exceptionally against some of the world's most prestigious universities, with our placing in algorithmic trading being especially impressive as it was our first attempt - a new entrant into the category has never placed top 30 before, as teams often build on code from previous years' entrants. We hope to increase exposure to the technicalities of trading through regular simulations, and apply the sector's skills to our own core fund.
